By constructing the Pfeifer SR2, we used completely new concepts and ideas in gunsmithing. The Pfeifer SR2 combines all features being demanded of a modern hunting rifle.

The great advantage of this rifle lies in it’s overall length (27,56 inch). The rifle is extremely short and handy, while preserving a barrel length of 26 inch.

Imagine how comfortable it would be to carry such a short rifle, especially in rough terrain, hunting abroad or simply in a look-out. Often a change of position is necessary, with the Safety Rifle every action can be performed easily, without having to take the rifle apart or bumping the barrel into something.

At the shooting range you will be surprised how easy the Safety Rifle can be reloaded without moving it from its position.

We use high precision cold hammered barrels by Heym Co., in order to achieve superb shooting performance and accuracy.

 

Furthermore the weapon is well-balanced, so you can even aim and shoot using just o­ne hand, handling it pistol-like.

 

The integrated safety lock protects the rifle against unauthorized use and makes storage safe.

 

The Pfeifer SR2 is available in all calibres.

Pfeifer SR3 is the light version for smaller calibres (.22 Mag to 6 x 70R) with aluminium system and a smaller barrel. (6,1 lb)
